Frequently Asked Questions

I have ordered something custom or personalized - when will work begin on it?

Work will not commence on personalized or custom orders until payment is received in full. Once work has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

What shipping options are available?

All listings include letter mail shipping for Canadian orders, which does not include tracking. There is a tracked shipping upgrade available at checkout.

Canada Post states a delivery time of 2 - 5 business days for letter mail within Canada.

Orders to the United States include tracking and take 3-6 business days according to the estimated delivery provided by the courier. A shipping upgrade via USPS Priority mail for delivery within 2 - 4 business days is available for an extra fee.

International orders include tracking and can take approx. 8 to 20 business days as quoted by the courier.

Although every effort is made to meet these delivery guidelines, they are not guaranteed and we cannot be responsible for any delays.

What happens if I have trouble applying my decal?

Please reach out to us and we would be happy to help you try and troubleshoot. Please note we cannot be responsible for incorrectly applied decals.

Will you send me a mock up?

Yes, we send mock ups for every custom order. We work on a "no news is good news" basis and if we don't hear back regarding any changes within 24 hours before the order is due then we will send the decals as per the mockup sent.

Do you offer upgraded / faster shipping?

Yes! We offer upgraded shipping with quicker transit times for both Canada and the USA. These can be found at check out, or message for details and expedited transit times / costs.
