These adhesive decals are made from permanent vinyl material which is durable for indoor and outdoor applications. These decals are recommend for hard, flat surfaces. They can be applied to curved surfaces, they just require a bit of extra care during application.
All vinyl decals are made to order with a variety of font and colour options to choose from. You can also add a symbol to your decal as well!
Decals are ordered by width (length) - the height of each font will differ. If there is a particular height restriction you have, please let me know in the personalization section.

Decals are shipped within Canada via Canada Post letter mail, they do not have tracking. Tracking upgrade is available at check out.

I have ordered something custom or personalized - when will work begin on it?
Work will not commence on personalized or custom orders until payment is received in full. Once work has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
What shipping options are available?
All listings include letter mail shipping for Canadian orders, which does not include tracking. There is a tracked shipping upgrade available at checkout.
Canada Post states a delivery time of 2 - 5 business days for letter mail within Canada.
Orders to the United States include tracking and take 3-6 business days according to the estimated delivery provided by the courier. A shipping upgrade via USPS Priority mail for delivery within 2 - 4 business days is available for an extra fee.
International orders include tracking and can take approx. 8 to 20 business days as quoted by the courier.
Although every effort is made to meet these delivery guidelines, they are not guaranteed and we cannot be responsible for any delays.
What happens if I have trouble applying my decal?
Please reach out to us and we would be happy to help you try and troubleshoot. Please note we cannot be responsible for incorrectly applied decals.
Will you send me a mock up?
Yes, we send mock ups for every custom order. We work on a "no news is good news" basis and if we don't hear back regarding any changes within 24 hours before the order is due then we will send the decals as per the mockup sent.
Do you offer upgraded / faster shipping?
Yes! We offer upgraded shipping with quicker transit times for both Canada and the USA. These can be found at check out, or message for details and expedited transit times / costs.

Heather did an amazing job. My daughter just got glasses and I needed to put her name on the case for school, but she didn’t just want any name she wanted a sparkly purple name. I messaged Heather with a picture of the case and it’s measurements asking if she could make a decal that would fit it and if she had a sparkly purple. Heather even sent me a couple different purple options to choose from. Once again Heather didn’t disappoint me. Every time I have needed a decal I’ve come to Heather for help, she is amazing to work with and I’ll continue to use her. Thanks for all the help Heather!!
