These adhesive decals are made from permanent vinyl material which is durable for indoor and outdoor applications, are recommend for hard, flat surfaces. They can be applied to curved surfaces, they just require a bit of extra care during application.

Decals are shipped within Canada via Canada Post letter mail, they do not have tracking. Tracking upgrade is available at check out.
Decals shipped to the United States include tracking.

I have ordered something custom or personalized - when will work begin on it?
Work will not commence on personalized or custom orders until payment is received in full. Once work has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
What shipping options are available?
All listings include letter mail shipping for Canadian orders, which does not include tracking. There is a tracked shipping upgrade available at checkout.
Canada Post states a delivery time of 2 - 5 business days for letter mail within Canada.
Orders to the United States include tracking and take 3-5 business days according to the estimated delivery provided by the courier.
Although every effort is made to meet these delivery guidelines, they are not guaranteed and we cannot be responsible for any delays.
What happens if I have trouble applying my decal?
Please reach out to us and we would be happy to help you try and troubleshoot. Please note we cannot be responsible for incorrectly applied decals.
Will you send me a mock up?
Yes, we send mock ups for every custom order. We work on a "no news is good news" basis and if we don't hear back regarding any changes within 24 hours before the order is due then we will send the decals as per the mockup sent.
